OpenLoop is based in Srinagar, J&K. We build operational software for ISPs, service businesses, and field operators — the businesses that run on complexity and can't afford manual processes.
What We Are
OpenLoop was founded after building the complete operations infrastructure for a fast-growing network business from the ground up, because nothing available on the market solved the problem at the right depth. That engagement became the proof of concept for everything we do today.
We build operational systems: document management, workflow automation, role-based platforms, and custom ERP solutions. We do not build generic software — every system we deliver is purpose-built for the client's specific operations.
We don't do open-ended retainers. We define the problem, agree on a fixed price and timeline, build it, and hand it over with full documentation. Your team operates it independently from day one.
Alongside custom client work, we build and maintain vertical software products: SuperDash for ISPs, OpenLoop LMS for educational institutions, and Rimara Travel Suite for travel agencies. Each started as a client engagement and proved out in production before becoming a product.
