Scaled Holdings India Private Limited, trading as OpenLoop Systems ("OpenLoop", "we", "us"), provides technology services to organisations across India. This notice explains what personal data we collect about visitors to our websites and prospective clients, how we use it, and the rights available to you.
We collect personal data only when you provide it to us directly, by submitting an enquiry form, subscribing to our newsletter, applying for a role, or corresponding with us by email or phone. Categories of data include name, work email, organisation, role, and the content of your message.
When you visit our site, we additionally collect anonymised technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.
We use personal data to respond to your enquiry, to manage prospective and existing client relationships, to fulfil contractual obligations, and to comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Where the GDPR or comparable regimes apply, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for newsletter subscriptions), the performance of a contract (for client engagements), our legitimate interests (for responding to enquiries and operating our business), and legal obligation (for tax and regulatory record-keeping).
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by applicable law thereafter.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hey@openloop.in.
We are headquartered in Srinagar, India, and work with clients across India. If your data is processed by any third-party infrastructure provider outside of India, we ensure appropriate safeguards are applied to such transfers in accordance with applicable law.
