Our Story
OpenLoop was founded after building the complete operations infrastructure for a fast-growing network business in Kashmir — because nothing on the market solved the problem at the right depth. Customer activation ran on phone calls. Billing was tracked on spreadsheets. Infrastructure problems were discovered when subscribers complained.
What we built cut their operational cost by 10x and reduced a 10-person ops team to one person and a system. We now apply the same approach to other businesses with complex, unglamorous operations that need to be systematised.
We're based in Srinagar, Kashmir and work with clients across India. We're a focused team — which means every client gets senior attention from day one, not a junior handed off after the sales call.
