This document sets out the global legal framework that governs OpenLoop operations across the jurisdictions in which we deliver services.
Scaled Holdings India Private Limited (trading as OpenLoop Systems) is the contracting entity for all engagements. We operate across multiple regions including India, Singapore, Australia, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Germany, the United States, and Canada. Our registered headquarters is in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
All contracts and disputes are governed by the laws of India. We adhere to local regulations in each operational territory. International disputes may be referred to arbitration under recognised international standards, with the seat of arbitration in Srinagar.
We maintain compliance with applicable data-privacy regimes, including the Indian IT Act 2000, the EU GDPR, the UK-GDPR, Canada's PIPEDA, the Australian Privacy Act, the UAE Data Protection Law, and US frameworks including the CCPA/CPRA. Refer to our Global Legal Compliances page for detail.
Services are subject to applicable tax laws in the jurisdiction of transaction. International clients are responsible for any import duties, withholding tax, or VAT/GST obligations applicable in their region. Invoices are issued inclusive of, or exclusive of, taxes per the engagement contract.
All trademarks, logos, methodologies, and digital content of OpenLoop belong exclusively to Scaled Holdings India Private Limited. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited globally.
We process personal data in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the data was collected, applying the higher of the local or international standard where a conflict arises. Cross-border transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

OpenLoop disclaims liability for third-party service failures, force-majeure events, and indirect or consequential damages. Specific warranties are defined in the relevant engagement contract.
OpenLoop operates a strict zero-tolerance policy in respect of bribery and corruption. All employees, contractors, and partners are required to comply with the UK Bribery Act 2010, the US FCPA, and the Indian Prevention of Corruption Act, regardless of operating territory.
Any dispute should first be raised in writing to hey@openloop.in. Unresolved matters proceed to arbitration under the laws of India.
