Scaled Holdings India Private Limited operates under a no-refund model owing to the customised nature of our deliverables. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and consent to this arrangement.
Once an order or service agreement is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. All financial contributions (whether deposits, milestone payments, or payments in full) are considered final.
In place of refunds, we prioritise remediation. Clients experiencing issues with deliverables should contact hey@openloop.in. Our delivery team will work with you to ensure that the final product meets the agreed specifications outlined in the relevant service agreement.
Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review project specifications before committing, and to raise concerns during the project timeline rather than at the point of final delivery. Open, timely communication enables us to course-correct without disruption.
Although refunds are not offered, our commitment to delivering quality, customised solutions is unconditional. We treat every engagement as a long-term relationship and will work with you to resolve concerns until the deliverable meets the agreed standard.
