We don't publish hourly rates because we don't charge by the hour. Every engagement is scoped upfront and quoted as a single fixed number. You know exactly what you'll pay, what you'll get, and what it will save you, before you commit.
The Model
Hourly billing puts all the risk on you. Every delay, every scope question, every extra meeting costs you more. You have no idea what the final number will be until the invoice arrives.
Fixed-price engagements invert that. We take on the delivery risk. If we underscope something, that's our problem to absorb. You approve the number once, and it doesn't move unless you change what you want.
This only works if we scope carefully. That's why every engagement starts with a 60-minute discovery session before any price is quoted.

If the build takes longer than scoped, we absorb it. The price you approved is the price you pay.
We set a target outcome in the scope document. Cost saved, headcount reduced, hours eliminated. If we can't quantify it, we don't promise it.
Source code, documentation, and IP transfer on final delivery. No licences, no lock-in, no ongoing dependency on us.
