Founder & Chief Executive Officer
LinkedInMehran founded OpenLoop after building the complete operations infrastructure for a fast-growing ISP from the ground up. He leads client engagements and product strategy, and sets the ROI targets every engagement is scoped against.
Chief Operating Officer
Moris oversees day-to-day operations across client engagements, ensuring delivery timelines, resourcing, and internal processes stay aligned as OpenLoop takes on new work.
Product Manager
Anisa manages the roadmap and release cycle for SuperDash, OpenLoop LMS, and Rimara Travel Suite, working directly with clients to prioritise features against real operational needs.
Head of Sales
Abdul leads new business development and client relationships, working with prospective clients to scope engagements and connect them with the right team for their operational challenges.
Digital Marketing Manager
Tooba runs OpenLoop's digital presence and outbound marketing campaigns, managing content, channels, and campaign performance across the company's products and services.

Sam sets marketing strategy and positioning for OpenLoop, overseeing brand, messaging, and go-to-market planning across the company's service lines and products.
Network Engineer
Ishfaq works on network infrastructure for client systems, drawing on experience building and maintaining ISP-grade networks to support OpenLoop's operations and product deployments.

Mohsin builds and maintains operational web applications across OpenLoop's client engagements and products, working across PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.
How We Are Organised
Our engineering team is based in Srinagar and works across PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, and Linux infrastructure. All engineers work directly on client systems without a management layer in between.
Client delivery at OpenLoop is led by the founder and supported by operations analysts who conduct discovery, map workflows, and translate business processes into technical specifications.
The product team is responsible for SuperDash, OpenLoop LMS, and Rimara Travel Suite. Products are maintained continuously and developed in close collaboration with the clients who use them.
How We Work
OpenLoop is deliberately small. We do not scale headcount ahead of capability, and we do not staff projects with people who are not qualified to lead them. Every engagement is run by the person who scoped it.
We hire slowly and only when the work demands it. Engineers at OpenLoop own their deliverables end to end: from requirements to production to documentation. There are no handoffs between teams.
If you engage OpenLoop, you work with the people listed on this page and the engineers they have personally trained. You will not be passed to a junior team after the sales conversation.
